How the day works

  1. Morning — Identify

    Get to know AI agents, meet your team and pick a challenge from the needs we collected in your community.

  2. Midday — Build

    Design and prototype your agent with no-code tools. Test it, break it, improve it — with a mentor at your side.

  3. Afternoon — Present

    Pitch to local stakeholders and reflect together on ethics, data and sustainability.

Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 29 years old
  • You live near Senigallia, Camerino or Münster
  • No prior knowledge of AI or programming needed
  • Young people with fewer opportunities are especially welcome

Challenges we expect

The final challenges come from our interviews with young people and community organisations. Examples:

  • Sustainability and eco-friendly choices
  • Inclusion and access to services
  • Wellbeing of young people
  • Local volunteering
  • Sharing resources between neighbours

Youth worker, teacher or trainer?

The whole hackathon concept will be published as an open educational resource you can adapt for your own group. We are also looking for mentors for the three hackathons.
